white alyssum, or "sweet alyssum", used here for borders because it makes lovely low mounds of white blossoms. Very fragrant on warm days, too. Sorta like a cross between honey and jasmine.
That bush on the right with orange red blotches? I'd guess pyracantha, or "fire thorn".
